1. Overview

BRG Ruby Tree Golf Resort is an 18-hole seaside links carved into the Do Son Peninsula coastline near Hải Phòng. Opened in 2008 as Do Son Seaside Golf Resort and rebranded by BRG Group in 2012, the venue uses the ocean breeze off the sea to demand varied shot making on every hole.

Australia’s Pacific Coast Design delivered a layout with Paspalum fairways, wide waste bunkers, and sweeping swales, plus several holes crossing coastline and lagoon. Ball flight and trajectory control are key, and the signature par-5 18th wrapping around a left-side water hazard has been praised as one of Vietnam’s best par-5s.

The clubhouse features a seafood-forward menu, local specialties, a sky bar with ocean views, sauna, and massage rooms for relaxing after the round. A 250m driving range, indoor academy, and resort-style villas are connected, making it easy to pair with Hai Phong and Halong itineraries.
