1. Overview

Corn Hill Golf & Resort is a new mountain resort course that preserves the natural terrain of the Doi Ngo basin in Luc Nam District. The 140-hectare property of ridges, valleys, and streams sits roughly 70 km from Hanoi and Noi Bai International Airport, positioning itself as an emerging northern travel and golf hub.

The course was designed by Brett Mogg of Nelson & Haworth. It features double fairways running along the ridges, exposed bedrock hazards, and the signature 9D par-3 reaching up to 270 yards, blending the original topography with carefully tuned difficulty. The C and D courses opened first as 18 holes, with the full East & West 36-hole masterplan being delivered in phases.

The clubhouse and resort buildings sit on the hillside with sweeping views over every hole, while the outdoor driving range, short-game area, spa, and lodging create a one-stop golf retreat. Proximity to Bac Giang and Bac Ninh industrial zones helps attract corporate incentives, while the travel time from Hanoi makes it feasible for day trips.
