1. Overview

Thanh Lanh Valley Golf & Resort sits in Binh Xuyen District, Vinh Phuc Province, between Thanh Lanh Lake and the Tam Dao mountain range at roughly 1,000 meters elevation. The cool 18–25°C climate combined with lakes and valleys makes it a popular summer escape for northern golfers.

Sir Nick Faldo's Faldo Design crafted the 18-hole, 7,045-yard loop with water-lined peninsulas, mountain parkland, and short links-style sections to deliver a balanced rhythm. The layout preserves natural streams and elevation changes while fairly wide fairways keep the round playable.

The European castle-inspired clubhouse, lakefront villas, sauna & spa, practice range, and resort wing are linked under Nam Tam Dao JSC's operation. A circular access road connecting Tam Dao, Thanh Lanh, and Dai Lai lets golfers reach the venue in 80–90 minutes from Hanoi and pair it easily with nearby courses.

Thanh Lanh Valley Golf & Resort is an 18-hole layout carved into the Tam Dao foothills, delivering panoramic views from every tee and green.

• Front Nine: flows along the lake with generally gentle terrain, though back-to-back water hazards on holes 4 and 5 can swing scores.
• Back Nine: ridge-spanning par-4s and diagonal water carryovers keep pin-position strategy front of mind.
• Facilities: connected to an InterContinental-style resort for one-stop access to accommodations, spa, and F&B.
