Pacific Coast Design crafted a links-influenced layout with wide landing corridors carved from coastal dunes, tight second-shot lines, and bay-crossing par-3s. The championship par-5 12th can stretch to 711 yards from the Tiger tees, while holes 8 and 17 demand bay-crossing cadence that changes based on wind and tee selection.

The resort also offers a two-story, 48-bay practice range, a 100-yard fairway drill zone, and LED-lit holes for night rounds. Five-star hotels, the marina, and signature dining integrate with the concierge service so incentive and family groups can enjoy a complete stay-and-play itinerary.

The front nine follows the coastal dunes and the bay, splitting into two distinct attack lines driven by tee shot shape. The back nine lines up with the Tuan Chau Marina, winding between lagoons and forests while wind direction shifts dramatically, and the downhill-uphill finishing 18th forces a strategic second shot toward the clubhouse.
