1. Overview

Paradise Golf Resort is a 27-hole resort carved along the dunes of the Vung Tau coast, opening in 1992 as Vietnam’s pioneering seaside links. The complex spans more than 3 km of ocean frontage yet remains only about 2 to 2.5 hours from Ho Chi Minh City or 90 minutes via the Saigon–Vung Tau high-speed ferry.

Taiwan Golf Corp. sculpted three loops—A, B, and C—each reacting uniquely to wind and terrain. The A Loop plays parallel to the shoreline with low dunes, waste bunkers, and ridge-form fairways, while the B Loop threads through coconut and casuarina groves with intersecting doglegs. The inland C Loop climbs sand ridges with the longest distances and prominent waste bunkers demanding trajectory control.

The clubhouse overlooks the sea and includes a 250m driving range and short-game area, while the resort cluster offers tennis, pools, and watersports for families and groups. The operator continues to host stay-and-play packages, corporate functions, and expat competitions while steadily enhancing course conditioning.

4. Course guide

The three loops at Paradise combine seaside exposure, tropical woodland, and inland sand ridges to keep play varied across the 27 holes.

A Loop is the true seaside section with low dunes, waste bunkers, and rolling rough that encourage ground play; par-5s 5 and 7 offer two-shot chances with favorable breezes but require low trajectories against headwinds.

B Loop shifts inland through coconut and casuarina groves with intersecting doglegs and tightening fairways, so tee direction is crucial and the par-3s rely on wind and elevation control.

C Loop tackles inland sand ridges with the longest carries and sizeable waste bunkers; par-5s 1 and 9 feature cross hazards on the second shots, and par-4 6 narrows between dunes demanding precision.

Cart paths and drainage keep the courses playable after rain, and the driving range, short-game facility, and beachfront clubhouse sit near hole 1 for efficient pre- and post-round flow.
