1. Overview

Sacom Tuyen Lam Golf Club sits on the southern ridge of Tuyen Lam Lake in Lam Dong Province, offering a refreshing mountain layout at about 1,200 meters above sea level. The resort is just 20 minutes from Dalat city and keeps average temperatures of 18–24°C even during peak summer, and early mornings bring mist-soaked highland ambiance.

EKISTICS (Canada) preserved the natural terrain with tiered tee boxes and multiple landing zones. The OUT loop (1–9) hugs the lake with gentle doglegs, while the IN loop climbs and drops along ridges, featuring large elevation swings of up to 40 meters.

The Swiss-Bel resort clubhouse includes a 40-bay driving range, short-game practice area, and sauna, making it easy to warm up before rounds. Recent upgrades to DT725 highway have improved access from Dalat and Lien Khuong Airport, positioning the club as a top highland destination for incentive groups and touring players.

  • Highland 18-hole course around Tuyen Lam Lake with cooler temperatures and pine forest
  • EKISTICS design with layered tee boxes, multi-tier greens, and Mekong-like elevation variance
  • Swiss-Bel resort, 40-bay range, and academy facilities complete the experience

4. Course guide

4.1 Layout

The OUT loop (holes 1–9) runs along the lake with wide fairways ideal for building early rhythm, while the IN loop climbs ridges and descends into valleys, repeatedly demanding precise tee shots over cliffs and streams.

Par-5s 1 and 5 take dogleg lines with generous landing areas but require careful second shots over creeks and bunkers. Par-3 4 at 200 yards plays into lake winds, making it a key early hole. The back nine’s par-5 13 and par-3 17 carry cross-valley winds, and the 18th (546 yards) finishes with two creeks and left-side OB guarding run-up.

Paspalum fairways and TifEagle greens keep speeds consistent in the highland climate, and four tee sets (Black/Blue/White/Red) allow players to match their level. Practice facilities next to the clubhouse make warm-ups efficient.
