1. Overview

Dai Lai Golf & Country Club is a hill-and-lake combination course laid out across 300 hectares of valley terrain along the Ngot Thanh mountain foothills and Dai Lai Lake. It sits about an hour from central Hanoi and 25 minutes from Noi Bai International Airport, making it a northern round & resort destination.

Linksshape Hong Kong designed three nine-hole loops (A, B, and C), each using the existing elevation changes and water lines. The 2018 C course adds forested drops and water hazards, offering varied 18-hole loops when paired with the lakefront A & B courses. Tight, winding fairways, precise bunkering, and fast greens demand careful tee line and second-shot air control.

The clubhouse features panoramic lake views, a water driving range with floating targets, short-game area, pro shop, K-food–focused restaurant, and sauna. Located just 10 minutes from Flamingo Dai Lai Resort, it attracts both stay-and-play guests and corporate incentive rounds.

4. Course guide

Dai Lai Star Golf & Country Club is a 27-hole mix of Dai Lai Lake views and wooded valleys, shaped through collaboration between Korean and Japanese designers to offer varied difficulty.

• Dragon & Phoenix: The original 18 holes circle the lake, highlighted by mirror-like water reflections on several signature par-3s.
• Condor Loop: The expanded nine-hole loop leverages rolling terrain with long par-4s and diagonal water hazards.
• Facilities: A large clubhouse, resort, and spa create a popular family golf-and-stay destination.
