1. Overview

Hilltop Valley Golf Club is a 27-hole championship course carved into the Hoa Binh highlands, delivering valley-top panoramas that echo the club’s “view over the valley” name. Located about 75 minutes west of Hanoi, it is a popular weekend one-day round and one-night golf escape.

IMG Golf Design shaped the A/B/C loops to embrace the elevation swings, with uphill/downhill transitions that keep the routing dynamic. The A Course opens with softer fairways and strategic lakeside par-3s, the B Course rides along ridge lines for dramatic tee shots and tight landing zones, and the newer C Course completes the trilogy with the biggest elevation changes plus the club’s signature par-5 eighth hole.

The three-story clubhouse features a 360-degree terrace, sauna, restaurant, and wine bar, plus buffet breakfast and lunch. The second floor houses a 36-bay indoor practice area and dedicated longest drive/nearest pin event zones to simplify large groups, while over 80 modern carts and the attached Bao Son Paradise Hotel condos make corporate programs easy to run.
