1. Overview

Royal Golf Club spans 670 hectares around Yen Tang Lake near the ancient Hoa Lu capital and stands as a premier 36-hole resort in the north. Located on the border between Tam Diep City and Yen Mo District, it pairs well with nearby world heritage sites such as Trang An, Tam Coc, and Bai Dinh Temple for combined sport-and-tour itineraries.

The original 18-hole King Course opened on Jan 9, 2010, designed and built by P&Z Development PTE & Golf Corp to preserve the limestone karst and Yen Tang Lake. Natural rock outcrops, mature hardwoods, and large water hazards guard the greens, creating a strategic parkland-links hybrid that requires reading the tee shot route to the end.

The Queen Course debuted on Apr 29, 2023 with a master plan by Jack Nicklaus II and shaping by Flagstick & Donald Page; Zeon and Primo Zoysia surfaces plus full 18-hole night lighting deliver precision lies and year-round play. PV-INCONESS, a Thanh Cong Group affiliate, maintains quality in collaboration with Nicklaus Companies and is expanding the Prince Course as the next chapter.
